It has a good choice of meals to offer, all in all the food is tasty! The clean bathroom is absolutely the best.
That lift was missing.
-
Excellent locaiton, really close to the Anfield Road stadium, and the price was good

We went to Golden Empire Restaurant, located around 4-6 minutes away by foot from, to have some dinner. The bed was comfortable, we loved it and slept well. The staff were helpful people. Good service provided there too. Great for disabled.
-
The food was GREAT and the bed was amazing. Furthermore, we parked in the free parking.
The room was too small.
-
The room was exceptionally clean and central location, right next to Lidl. parking available

No comment due to the bad experience detailed in the next section
Sleeping was impossible due to a Party being held in 2 adjacent rooms occupied by 10 young females. The noise was not only in the rooms but also in the corridors (screaming, banging doors and loud music) This went on until 5.00am and no one from management (Night Porter) did not take any action. It was a thoroughly frustrating experience and the worst I have experienced in any Hotel. We complained to the Manager next morning together with 2 other guests who also had had no sleep. We received a reserved apology with a comment that these things do happen in Hotels!!!! and an offer if we returned for a stay in the future he would ensure we had the best room in the Hotel. No way would I ever return.

Nice breakfast, Good location to access liver pool city & also easy to go to Foot Ball Stadium by car.
-
the staff were great, couldn`t do enough to help us, and the breakfast was lovely
-
Staff friendly and convenient location with parking. Good value for money but not really of an executive standard. good choice of breakfast
Quite noisy particularly the shared corridor for room 28. Also the kettle arrangement for room 28 was quite dangerous.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very nice and clean
-
I found the staff to be very helpful and the room was very comfortable.

Comfy bed, clean room. Breakfast was really nice and the dining room was beautiful. Staff were friendly and it was nice to have somewhere to sit outside and have a drink in the evening. It's a good location as it's only a short taxi ride to the centre although i wouldnt reccomend walking around in the area outside/near the hotel after dark as it seemed a little rough.
Nothing really, i thought it was nice, perhaps the rooms could do with a little updating but generally it was realy nice.

Secure parking, welcoming staff excellent, price

Free Parking, Nice Breakfast, good price, free water in room, nice to have fridge although turned off as too noisy in the end. Felt secure as has to use key to get in front door too.
Walls very thin so can hear next door neighbour and noisy occupants in hall way. Noisy fire doors, Tiny bathroom and bin hadn't been changed. Room would have been too small for 2 people.

Very friendly staff, our room was big and clean with a gorgeous bathroom! Bed was comfy, travel cot was already assembled for our daughter and the staff had given us a room on the ground floor for our convenience. Shopping and Anfield stadium just ten minutes away by car with local shops a two minute walk away. Breakfast was good, wide range of choice. Would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family as it seems a little bit of luxury for next to no cost.
